Cancellation & rescheduling
Please reschedule or cancel at least 12 hours before the start of your appointment. Use the options in your booking confirmation, or contact us directly at (226) 979-1120 if you need help.
Running late?
Each appointment has a 15-minute grace period. Arriving more than 15 minutes after your booked start time is considered a no-show.
If you expect to be late, please reach out beforehand by calling or texting (226) 979-1120. Contacting us does not guarantee an extension of the 15-minute grace period.
Appointments & services
Online appointments are handled through Square. Please check your selected service, date and time before confirming, and provide accurate contact details so you can receive appointment updates.
Service descriptions, prices and availability may change. Review the details shown in Square when booking. If anything differs from this website or you are unsure which service to choose, contact the studio before confirming.
